"Never expected to purchase a car that day!" We were considering purchasing a used Dodge Caravan for extra seating for our grandchildren. When we arrived, the environment within the building was a party atmosphere with staff singing and sharing hopes of a Jets hockey win. Since this was our first time testing a van we found Braydon very knowledgeable and able to answer all of our questions honestly. Within the hour we decided to buy the 2010 van and before we knew it we were receiving personal congratulations from all staff in the building. The experience was as if we'd bought a brand new vehicle. When we came back the next day to pick it up, we were instantly recognized by many staff who again took time to give friendly greetings. Eastern Chrysler Dodge has changed our previous negative thinking about car dealerships. We tell everyone, "we had fun buying our van." The van was brought in to the dealership and when we came back to retrieve it, nothing had been done and we were not contacted with an update. Again, we attempted to make contact with someone who could assist. We finally spoke to our original product adviser, Braydon. He was unsympathetic and showed no interest in helping or directing us to someone who could. The conversation rapidly went sour after Braydon threatened to hang up on us, saying he "can't do anything about it. Things happen." More
