Excellent experience in buying a Jeep! We were looking for a new vehicle and dropped into Eastern Sales. Our salesperson was a young lady named Julia who was extremely pleasant and attentiv We were looking for a new vehicle and dropped into Eastern Sales. Our salesperson was a young lady named Julia who was extremely pleasant and attentive. It took us a few weeks of shopping around to determine the type of vehicle we wanted and Julia stayed in touch with me by text throughout the process. She kept me well informed of the products and potential sales dates, and mailed me a brochure regarding an upcoming 'special' sale. Julia was excellent! Once we determined the vehicle we were interested in I was then dealing with Anthony, one of the sales managers, to negotiate a price. Anthony was very knowledgeable and easy to deal with. I anticipated some hard bargaining but Anthony and I negotiated a very fair price in a very short time period. I wasn't left sitting around for any significant length of time. In short, Anthony was very professional and I enjoyed bargaining with him. Finally, we dealt with Matt to do the paperwork and pay for the vehicle. Matt was excellent to deal with and had a great sense of humour. He also knew his stuff extremely well and promoted their 0% financing option, which is a true 0%. When we picked up the vehicle, which was very well detailed, we had a bit of an issue because there was no Bluetooth capability in it. My wife had test driven a slightly different vehicle that did have Bluetooth, a must for her, but we didn't notice that our new vehicle didn't have it until after the paperwork was done and we were ready to take delivery. The folks at the dealership - Julia, Anthony and Matt - apologized profusely for the oversight and bent over backwards to switch us into another almost identical vehicle, this time with Bluetooth. We were very, very impressed with their efforts and it was a painless process for us. More
