We took our jeep in to Eastern for a recall (high pressure fuel pump) December 2. Got it back on the 3rd, but it was making a noise when I got home, sounded like it was coming from the fuel pump area pressure fuel pump) December 2. Got it back on the 3rd, but it was making a noise when I got home, sounded like it was coming from the fuel pump area so we turned it off and it was towed back to the dealership. They had it for a few more days, and called back for us to pick it up. Said the noise was that the belt tensioner was seized, or the idler pulley, but it wasn't the pump (and said we had a couple other leaks.) Dan, the shop foreman wanted to talk to us when we picked it up. Dan was again saying that the belt tensioner was seized, and saying how easy the job is to change the fuel pump, a 12 year old could do it, etc. He was also telling us that we should get rid of the jeep because the diesels are not good. Husband checked, the belt tensioner was not seized. After diagnosing the jeep with a different mechanic, we were told to check for any debris in the fuel pump metering valve, and found metal shavings. Either they did not check the whole system for debris, or the brand new pump failed. The shop foreman got into it with my husband on the phone around Christmas time saying again how our jeep is how old, it's a piece of xxxx, we are expecting it to be brand new, etc. (no, but we expect it to be running like when we brought it in for the recall.) We have FCA involved now, but Eastern is still refusing to fix our jeep. It's been almost 3 months since I could drive my jeep. More

I visited this Chrysler dealership to explore buying a vehicle. I signed a draft payment summary, but no formal contract. When I decided not to proceed, the dealership refused to refund my $500 down payme vehicle. I signed a draft payment summary, but no formal contract. When I decided not to proceed, the dealership refused to refund my $500 down payment, even though there was no binding agreement. What made this experience worse was how Kanwal Sandhu, the financial adviser, treated me. His tone and attitude changed drastically—he became shockingly aggressive and unprofessional, as if he was trying to intimidate me into keeping the deal. It was an appalling and distressing experience that left me feeling bullied. I’m sharing this to warn others—be very cautious when dealing with this dealership. They’ve kept my money without a legitimate contract and resorted to intimidation tactics. It’s simply unacceptable. Beware. More

I recently booked a test drive at Eastern Chrysler dealership, and initially, everything went smoothly. However, when I asked for a quote sheet for the vehicle, things took an unexpected turn. The sal dealership, and initially, everything went smoothly. However, when I asked for a quote sheet for the vehicle, things took an unexpected turn. The salesperson disappeared briefly and returned to inform me that they couldn't provide a quote unless I committed to purchasing the car on the spot. Their reasoning was that they were concerned about their price being shopped at other dealerships. I found this approach unusual and unprofessional, as I've never encountered a dealership unwilling to provide at least conditional pricing. Despite being ready to proceed with the purchase, I was told to return when I was more serious about buying. This left me feeling frustrated and disappointed with the experience at Eastern Chrysler. Every other dealership I visited gave me pricing promptly and treated me like a valued customer, which was not my experience at Eastern Chrysler. More

In the end, Eastern had the best pricing and offered me the most for my trade. Tristan was excellent! He wasn't pushy, answered all my questions and didn't bother cutting down other offers/dealerships. Purely professional. Going home with a new Grand Cherokee that I'm in love with was the perfect way to end my day. John was fantastic to deal with aswell. Overall 5 stars. More

Obviously, you have to give a phone number for the work order...they now call me 1-2 times a week for the last 6 months "reminding me" that I may be due for another one. I've asked them no less than 20 times to please remove my number with no response or action. Finally, after contacting their sales team dangling a possible sale, lo and behold, it's all of a sudden not too much trouble to talk to me... HOWEVER...their sales manager, John Michaud, basically tells me their system "is frustrating" and there's nothing he can do to take my name off the list. Just too bad for me. Imagine, treating customers so poorly... ***EDIT*** So, John finally agreed to remove my name from the list, but not before personally threatening or attempting to blackmail me (in email no less!). Cheers, John. ***EDIT 2*** Calls still keep coming over a week later. Apparently, John is just as much of a liar as expected. More
