We had lost our Dodge Durango due to unfortunate accident and we began Jan 13 2019: I wanted to wait over a month to write this review…just in case. We had lost our Dodge Durango due to unfortunate accident and we began to search for it’s replacement fairly quickly. We discovered that the newer Durango’s were much smaller than before and that the Nissan Armada seemed like an excellent choice. Dynasty had 2 on the lot and Yosef Aronov did a great job providing service and the flexibility to take his vehicle to our mechanic for inspection. Our first step drive was with a white model but the second was with the blue model that required a boost. It made the most ungodly rattle so severe that we turned around as soon as we could to return to the dealer. A week later and the rattle was not identified by their mechanics before we took it to our mechanic (it had to be boosted again) but he quickly found that a shield over the muffler system was not secure. It passed fairly well; needing new brakes, air suspension pump and a new battery (it had to be boosted at the shop again). We gave the list to Yosef who said they would take care of everything. We picked up the truck Jan 13th and my wife took it to our oil change shop the next morning. Where, once again, it needed to be boosted. When I called Yosef he told me that since the truck started in their own shop, they did not replace the battery. To his credit he told me to come in and they would replace the battery. That was when Toronto had a snow storm and we quickly came to realize the wipers needed to be changed. We stopped at a Canadian Tire on the way to Dynasty and I picked up two new wipers and left them on the front seat. The truck was taken to their service bay and the battery replaced. When they gave it back to me, I found the wipers still on the seat. I replaced one with the wind and snow blowing in my face but I couldn’t get the second on and I ended up asking for their help. So in the end our review is a mixed bag: Yosef did a great job as a salesman but the manager really missed the mark on making it a perfect experience by cheating us on replacing the battery in the first place and by not installing the wipers in the comfort of their garage during a snow storm. Needless to say we love the vehicle and looking forward to a great summer hauling trailer and boat around. More
