But then after starting to say no and watching, you see how they just recommend nonsensical maintenance recommendations time after time with no actual need. That and my experience with the sales staff was borderline offensive. Absolutely useless. Don't let these people gouge you into bs upkeep costs. More

I was very happy with Durham Kia's parts dept. The parts manager was very helpful and he was able to supply me with the right part the first time! Iv been to other Kia dealers but I have never been happy wi manager was very helpful and he was able to supply me with the right part the first time!
