Top notch service! I brought my Soul in for her 4th service requirement, yes the big pricey one! Britney was my service specialist. She went over my account and realized I brought my Soul in for her 4th service requirement, yes the big pricey one! Britney was my service specialist. She went over my account and realized there were items that we didn’t need to do so those items were discounted. What I love is, she took the time no not only do this, but explain why. She could have just rung it all in. I asked how long the service appointment would take as I had another appointment immediately afterwards. She said about an hour and 45 minutes. When it was approaching THAT time, I asked for an update. She checked and said the technicians are taking more time removing the buildup from my brakes. It was more than what was expected. She called for a service pickup and drop-off ride for my next appointment. Made it to my appointment without issue! There’s more to this story...when I returned for my pickup she told me one of my tires had a nail in it and the tire was repairable. “Didn’t you get my call?” I did hear my phone ring but I was chatting with Colin (driver) on our way back. she gave me the full detailed explanation of what services were provided. The 2 very important ones being the tire repair and the through cleaning of my brakes. Here’s where my story gets interesting! It was a rainy day and I was driving back home. A BMW SUV decided to take a blind left turn, which almost caused a collision between us. The 2 important elements that worked when needed were...THE BRAKES & TIRES! Yes, I’ll give credit to my swift reaction as well, but it wouldn’t have done much if my tires and brakes weren’t serviced so well. As always I HEART Durham Kia...the entire team, Oswane, Jesse, Britney, Kevin...number one dealership in my eyes! More
