As always, service at the dealership was exceptional. I was greeted by name, and the service representative was knowledgeable and efficient, as I've come to expect. I stopped driving an Audi because of the horrible customer service I received by their service department (at Owasco and others. The only Audi dealership I'd recommend in the GTA is Pfaff). I get the serviced I expected from KIA Durham. They've earned my future business. More

Still our favourite auto rep./salesman Roman couldn’t have been nicer, even though he was in some pain during our time together, he’s a real trooper.. He shared about his recent move from Hyundai to Kia, to be an active and enthusiastic member of a team committed to conscientious customer service and care. Our auto rep, Roman Zembik, if I can mention a name, was ready and raring to go, listening to our wishes and needs. We had made an appointment to meet, he had committed the whole afternoon and part of the evening listening to our needs and wishes and tailoring a vehicle to match. All the staff, including the owner were very welcoming, respectful and helpful. At no time did we feel rushed or encouraged to buy something incompatible with our wishes. The only negative was the determination of the value of our trade-in vehicle. We had done our homework and researched the value of our car and received a consensus of opinion at a certain value. We had recently been in for a regularly scheduled maintenance check and tune up, with everything checked out and passed.The offer for our vehicle was approximately half of what it was assessed at. Now, recognizing the dealer can never match the value of a used car with the value sold privately by owners. Consequently we were prepared for a lower evaluation but not by 50%. When we balked a bit, there was an assessment made that there was something wrong with the front end and would need ‘work’. The owner increased the value slightly. We knew our mechanic would have told us if work was needed therefore we were very sceptical but we mainly trusted that our friend would do his best to swing a fair deal. Bottom line, we leased ourselves a beautiful 2020 Sportage with all the extras especially all the safety features. Fingers crossed and trusting our KIA gentleman, there will be no surprises. So, long story long, we are generally very satisfied and keeping fingers crossed that all goes well. P.S. a set of floor mats, the best kind, were provided by the owner, Curtis, and will be shipped to us. More

Listened to my needs and wants in a new vehicle. Looking around at the entire building and it was clean and inviting. Service department well set up with a comfy lounge to sit in and have complimentary beverages. Even the restrooms were super clean!
