Purchases and negotiation process during the pandemic was seamless. Essa was very friendly and easy to speak with. Car was a factory order, so had to wait just over 2 months but I was kept up to date was seamless. Essa was very friendly and easy to speak with. I believe her name was Kelly, but it was the girl in the back office who I talked to over the phone and she was great setting up my tire being repaired through my warranty. Matt was also great at the dealer back office who I talked to over the phone and she was great setting up my tire being repaired through my warranty.
