Went above and beyond to satisfy my requirements needs and wants. Dave provided me with a spare tire and the tools, as well as ordering winter mats at KIA's cost. Jessie demonstrated the cars features and made sure all were set to my requirements. Jose, Dave, Jessie and the Financial team were very attentative to my needs in a professional and friendly manner. The detailing was not up to my standards, specks of pink paint were left on my car, the outside and inside vinyl parts were not very clean as well as the carpeting and mats needed further cleaning. Overall the experience at Durham KIA was very good and I would recommend family and friends to purchase vehicles. More

Yesterday I took my 2015 KIA Sorento to Durham KIA to have my winter tires switched out. I was looked after by Lisa Hillis and was told, "that I needed a tune-up and have my rear brake calipers, brake pa have my winter tires switched out. I was looked after by Lisa Hillis and was told, "that I needed a tune-up and have my rear brake calipers, brake pads and drums replaced." I wasn't surprised by this news, because they'd been a little noisy for a few weeks. Due to the fact the calipers were seized, I needed a new set. The dealerships OEM price was $635 and yet Lisa offered to locate me a pair of aftermarket calipers for $325, saving me $310. In all my years, I've never had a 'New Car' dealer offer me a less expensive alternative to the OEM parts that most dealers only want to sell you. I just want to thank Durham KIA and Lisa Hillis for making my car repair bill a little easier on my wallet. Dave Knight - Oshawa, ON More

If I could give a 0 start review, I would. Durham Kia as a whole is not the worst, Essa Ebrahim is wonderful to deal with, Oswane Bailey is incredible - HOWEVER - Don Grundy is hands down the Durham Kia as a whole is not the worst, Essa Ebrahim is wonderful to deal with, Oswane Bailey is incredible - HOWEVER - Don Grundy is hands down the most awful man I have ever dealt with in the industry. Not only is he extremely rude, and sexist, but he raised his voice at me MULTIPLE times, as well as talked over me because he was clearly intimidated that I knew my facts. The man obviously does not like to be told he is wrong, nor can he admit when he is wrong. He sold my fiance and I on a "manufacturers" warranty, which we would come to find out was actually a third party warranty. If you ask Don, though, he will claim it is indeed a manufacturer warranty. (LGM is defined on the omvic website as a third party warranty company, FYI). We were told by Don when we purchased the warranty, that if we were not to use our warranty we would be entitled to a pro-rated refund. When we called to inquire, he claimed he never told us such thing. When we contacted LGM directly, they told us it is up to the dealers discretion whether or not they choose to give a refund. So, can they, or will they? For a man who claims to be a professional, he sure doesn't know how to handle himself as such. He continued to tell my fiance that even if it was up to him, he wouldn't give us one anyways. For anyone looking to buy a vehicle - I encourage you to do so! For anyone stepping foot anywhere close to Don's office, approach with extreme caution. Do NOT fall for his lies - and do your research first. He clearly enjoys taking advantage of people and selling bold face lies, hoping he won't have to deal with the consequences later down the road. This man will now have 2 formal complaints against him with OMVIC, and will have an investigation to deal with in the coming weeks. More
