I saw a car at Dunlop that I had to have, but I did not have the money yet, just enough for a deposit so, so I kept making those someone else wouldn't get it first. The salesman was excellent, said he could be patient and would accept my deposit. My "deal" kept getting delayed, so I kept making those sorry "not-yet, not-yet" phone calls. The sales manager and finance manager stayed with me and supported me the whole time. When I began to question what I had got myself into, their response was excellent. After 2 1/2 months, my deal finally pulled through. The car was ready outside. Those guys at Dunlop made my day! Great people - all the best. More

Called to get a quote on some work that needed to be done on my car. Called the next day to confirm the price and book the work, and got a different price. Drove down from Grande Prairie to Lethbridge with my family in my 2018 F150 XLT XTR . upon arrival , I noticed my rear end pinion seal had gone bad , and had diff oil all over the underside of my truck. family in my 2018 F150 XLT XTR . upon arrival , I noticed my rear end pinion seal had gone bad , and had diff oil all over the underside of my truck. I was only in town for a few days before going back to Grande Prairie , so I was in a bit of a panic. Not being from Lethbridge, I googled Dunlop’s phone number (I saw the Dunlop dealership on my way down Mayor Magrath Drive) and was expecting a run-around because I didn’t buy my truck from Dunlop. I spoke with Pete in service dept at dunlop and he booked me in the VERY NEXT DAY . Long story short , leak all fixed , part replaced under warranty, great service and communication from Dunlop, excellent and thorough vehicle inspection , and getting my truck and keys back was quick and easy. The convenient and highly visible location was definitely a plus for a non-local like me. Would definitely visit again. More
We bought a new car in August 2018. It now has 18000k. It has been back to the dealer 12 times with the same problem. Leaking fluid into 1 of the cylinders. They replaced the block. When it misfires I bring it in and they tell me they road tested it and it s good to go. Still misfiring and no help from the dealership where the car was purchased. More
Absolute garbage. Had an issues with my car blower not Absolute garbage. Had an issues with my car blower not working during the coldest week of winter. 30 k on the car, but living off extended warranty. Absolute garbage. Had an issues with my car blower not working during the coldest week of winter. 30 k on the car, but living off extended warranty. They warmed up the car and changed a solenoid and charged me 100 "warranty charge". Following year with weeks left on warranty, again around -30 the blower wont work again, they won't see the car on the day it isn't working to view the problem, book for another day and then it's working and they do nothing again, refused to replace the parts that are directly associated with and known for failure in this car, even with a video proving it was not working. If the tech there had any knowledge and would research the common issues with the actuator and the blower motor they would replace those parts and fix the actual problem, instead they'd rather slap a bandaid on it and wait for the warranty to expire without ever fixing the problem. I get to drive around now in a car with an intermittently broken ventilation system, in the dead of winter with my feet freezing and having to scrape ice off the windshield and window. The cost to replace these parts is well over 2000 dollars, now I will stuck with the bill as they were too stupid to identify and fix the problem, and opted to say they could not replicate, or warm the car up in a heated garage until it did work. More
