I can’t say enough about the quality of service my wife and I received from Simon at Duncan Hyundai. Due to supply chain issues and limited stock coming off the production line Simon was unable to procure and I received from Simon at Duncan Hyundai. Due to supply chain issues and limited stock coming off the production line Simon was unable to procure an Ioniq5 for us in our required timeline and we ended up purchasing the car through another dealership but when I called to inform him we received nothing but congratulations and some great advice. My 2022 Santa Fe spent 50 minutes in the shop being serviced by a single technician,and my labor costs were $375. I felt that this was worthy a 5 Star performance rating, not so much for the mechanica serviced by a single technician,and my labor costs were $375. I felt that this was worthy a 5 Star performance rating, not so much for the mechanical work, but rather the mathematical wizardry required to manipulate the labor costs. So I send a big thank you to the Service Department for such a memorable experience. Unfortunately I am unable to afford another one. I'm going to miss you guys! Grant Brown More
I don't know where all the good reviews come from, it looks dubious, but my family and I are extremely dissatisfied with their services. About a year ago, the trunk of the car started opening spontaneously, we immediately turned to them for help, they charged us the full price for diagnostics, but did not find the problem. Just a few months ago, we conducted a planned full diagnostics with them, for which we paid over $1000 "Santa Fe 2015 for reference". Obviously, they just fooled my spouse, but their audacity and unprofessionalism did not end there. We again had the same problem with the trunk, and also a problem with the inadequate discharge of the battery, at a normal temperature and with normal car operation, it often does not start, although only a few months have passed since the planned diagnostics. Of course, we came to them again. No conversations with the manager, no arguments, nothing inspired them to do their job, they just tried to extract new money from us for another useless inspection. I strongly do not recommend this place for buying a car, nor for its service. More
Very happy with this dealer ship, just purchased a new Santa Cruz and a Kona EV. Simon and Andy have been great to work with and we have been very well looked after on all aspects for both vehicles. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Purpose was Warranty work needing to be done. Made appointment, arrived on time, then they said the could not do the work. Service department was the worst car experience ever and 2nd time they screwed up with same issue. Cost me 6 ferry rides so far and many many wasted hours of time. Then they tried to blame me! Insanely ridiculous!! Said I did not call them. If so, why would I get up at 6:00 am to catch a ferry to be there on time! Then they found the call. Unprofessional and no class. Don’t know what to do? Car has no heat and tire pressure sensors keep going on! Sales department is first class, they get 5 stars! More
