I had a most disappointing experience trying to buy a car recently. I ordered a new car with the specs I wanted. agreed to a delivery time of 3-4 months. 2- 1/2 months later got a confirmed delivery date recently. No explanation, Not even an apology from the salesman Simon Young. I will never set foot in this dealership again. More

We have a lot of issues with this dealership. I drove the car up and spent an entire day waiting at a coffee shop and when I came back they said they couldn’t replicate the issue and if it happen I drove the car up and spent an entire day waiting at a coffee shop and when I came back they said they couldn’t replicate the issue and if it happens again they’ll replace the part with a warranty. I said it has happened multiple times and it’s a critical issue because we can’t use the car when it happens. They said oh well if you want us to then fix it you’ll have to bring it back. That’s why I spent the entire day waiting? This is absolutely not the first time this has happened with this dealership. Also, one staff member came in and interrupt our conversation using multiple swearwords being angry at I’m not sure what and the manager was speaking very disrespectfully to other staff. Absolutely not where I wanna go but unfortunately having a Hyundai it seems to be what I need to deal with. By the way they essentially tell you you can’t rate anything other than five stars which is why they’re getting such great ratings. More

I can’t say enough about the quality of service my wife and I received from Simon at Duncan Hyundai. Due to supply chain issues and limited stock coming off the production line Simon was unable to procure and I received from Simon at Duncan Hyundai. Due to supply chain issues and limited stock coming off the production line Simon was unable to procure an Ioniq5 for us in our required timeline and we ended up purchasing the car through another dealership but when I called to inform him we received nothing but congratulations and some great advice.
