Not willing to help when it's needed. Bought a Van (promaster) from them. It's brand new and needs constantly more repairs than my old Ford van I had before. Now my side door is stuck and won't close fully, or open, and I have to wait one week before they are willing to look at it. I need my van for business, and now I'm stuck. Bowmel Chrysler is not willing to accommodate my needs, or fix it temporarily until my appointment is due, so that I can at least use the vehicle. I feel that I'm not in good hands. More
