I was interested in a Kia Niro Plug-In Hybrid I saw advertised by Kia Downtown, so I reached out to them to get a price. I was shocked when the seller quoted me over $7,000 above the manufacturer's sug advertised by Kia Downtown, so I reached out to them to get a price. I was shocked when the seller quoted me over $7,000 above the manufacturer's suggested retail price (MSRP)! I even double-checked to ensure I heard him correctly, but he confirmed the inflated price, saying it's "difficult to get an MSRP deal" because these cars are in high demand. This feels incredibly unfair. It's one thing to try and get a good deal, but it's another to completely exploit buyers by taking advantage of a popular car model. What makes this even worse is that it undermines the whole point of government incentives for electric vehicles. Those incentives are designed to make these cars more affordable and encourage people to choose a more environmentally friendly option. By jacking up the prices like this, Kia Downtown is pocketing those incentives and making it harder for people to make a greener choice. More

Absolutely the worst dealership to deal with. I placed a deposit of $1000 for a Kia Seltos at the end of August and was told delivery would be 1 1/2 to 2 months for delivery. When 2 months had passed , I dropped by the dealership to check on the progress and was told delivery should be another month.After the 3rd month of hearing nothing ,I again visited the dealership and was assured my Seltos would be in any time soon. 4 months now pass, I again visit dealership and am told once again I'm at the top of the list to receive the next one available. 5 months pass and still nothing. 6 months pass and still nothing. By the seventh month , I call the dealership and request to speak to my salesperson ( Sepehr ). I call 5 times , but he never returns my call. I finally ask to speak to the sales manager , and request a refund. These guys are just outright dishonest. They held onto my deposit for 7 months and never gave any updates on delivery. Every other Kia dealership I visited afterwards was in disbelief that my order would have taken so long and some had suggested that my order was likely sold to another buyer. Overall I would never recommend or deal with this dealership again. Very poor service, and dishonest. More
