Inconsistent Customer Service We took our van in for an oil change Monday morning. Our service advisor Shiraz Bhanji mentioned that it would take about an hour. When I asked for a shuttle driver around 9:30am, initially there was no problem. We waited approximately 10 minutes or so. When the shuttle driver saw me with my well behaved golden doodle he refused service. He told me to wait for another driver. We were travelling to Cherry Beach for a walk while the van was serviced. Our dog was clean and very well behaved. I could understand refusing service with a wet and dirty dog. That is only common sense. We are very respectful of others and expect to be treated the same. We ended up walking back to the dealership on a beautiful Monday morning which took approximately 40 minutes. When we picked up the van Shiraz apologized. This is not the first time that I experienced an attitude problem with the same driver. The previous time, I felt uncomfortable when I told him the destination East York/Beaches in off peak hours. The same driver acted as if he was doing me a favour mentioning that we do not usually drive this far. We chose this dealership for their exceptional service to maintain our van with the extra van protection we paid into at time of purchase. Unfortunately, the other nearby dealerships in East York lack in their customer service skills. As customers, we pay for service, not for employees who need an attitude adjustment. We ended up paying UBER to take us down to beach. The Uber driver provided excellent and timely service with a great attitude. All being said, we would recommend the service department. Shiraz is top notch! More

Above and Beyond The staff, most importantly Mitch Weber, Nick Novikov and Milton in finance went above and beyond in helping me chose my second Jeep. From making sure I received the right colour exterior to all the interior specifications as well as making sure to hold the car for us while we were out of the country and then delivering it us , made our experience seamless in our hectic work schedule.
