How many sales people can you describe as 'fun'. He didn't pressure us to purchase but he did greet us with a smile, asked us about our day and how we enjoyed our holidays or how our family was doing. When we did make our purchase AJ was very professional and knowledgeable. The whole process was seamless. The most impressive part was the follow-up. Highly competitive pricing was also given. Customer service and respect are very important for this dealership. Overall, a great experience. The only element that needs great improvement, is the facility itself. The facility is outdated and does not reflect the quality of the brands it sells. The retail/customer environment (showroom, offices, service write-up area and washrooms) need a cosmetic update. I gather this is in the works as it is under new ownership. What impressed me the most was the team effort. I spent several weeks researching many different makes and models of vehicles. I explored everything from the VW Touareg to the Porche Cyan and many others in between. I believe the trip into the city was rewarding for the purchase and believe it will be for service. Chris was able to understand my situation and sort out the many questions I had. AJ was able to pickup from the ground work and managed to bring in a deal I could not resist. Bo was able to sort through the after purchase mechanics such as financing and actually saved me more dollars. Charles hovered in the background and ensured I was a satisfied customer. I will likely have less contact with this team in the near future as I shift into service. I firmly believe Toronto Dodge Chrysler have cultivated a culture to reinforce the team effort so I trust I will have the same experience with service. The post purchase additions to the vehicle as part of the deal were done effectively and timely. I won't mind the 3 hour trip in on future visits.
