Downtown Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM

I had two problems with my Dodge Journey (one bluetooth and the other with the heating/cooling). I called yesterday to book an appointment and made sure that if they could not resolve either of the issues and the other with the heating/cooling). Today, I brought my vehicle in at 9am and was told it would be ready between 12-1pm and would be called when I could go pick it up. I called again at 1:20pm after I did not hear back and was told I would be contacted a few minutes later. Nothing again, I had to call myself again at 3pm only to be told that they couldn't find a solution to either issue and when I went in I STILL had to pay for labour after being told I wouldn't have to. When I tried to ask for a manager I was told they left for the day and had no one else to communicate with. The Advisor I dealt with in the morning and afternoon was Steven Matyasi. I am never returning to this location and won't be dealing with this brand again. More

Downtown Chryslers service center is terrible. Everytime I took my Jeep in to get serviced I would pick it up and a new warning light would go on. Each time they said it was unrelated to their work but rec I took my Jeep in to get serviced I would pick it up and a new warning light would go on. Each time they said it was unrelated to their work but recently I had to take the car in 4 times. Once the bill reached $5,500 I lost confidence in them. Stay away from this dealership!!! More
