My only reason for not putting in the 5th rating star was some confusion I had with the final purchase agreement. Being a numbers guy I generally have a clear understanding of any financial agreement and was confused by some of the puts and takes. However, the important part was the bottom line which was A-OK. This is our 12th Chrysler product purchase over the past 49 years. We had an excellent relationship with our previous dealer for the first 11 purchases however they sold the business and we had to find a new auto dealer home with similar comforts. We found it. We would strongly recommend your dealership and particularly the people we dealt with- Tony, Mitch and Mary. More
