Dow Honda

I bought Honda CRV Touring 2020 with many added features. First of all added features were not installed while technician wrote they installed. After inspection we found that they did not installed my added First of all added features were not installed while technician wrote they installed. After inspection we found that they did not installed my added features. 2nd From the day first Garmin device not producing correct map or routes and still same. They did not helped me to fix the issue. Rather one of the Assistant manager directed me to contact Garmin while car is with me only 6 months. I am having still issue with Garmin incorrect route information. 3rd, with in few months added sensors started dropping and I need to take car to DOW Honda service. Where service man tried put me on fault but he could not as Car was not heat to anything. 4th I took car for servicing after one year. Service receiver was very rude and unprofessional. Now I do not take care their rather I go other Honda dealer near me. I am not satisfied at all with Service receiver people and they are very rude. But Sales man Kevin and some sales managers or general manage are very good and nice. But they are in sales area. After sales service(by service people) are very unprofessional at least whom I met. If they do not improve quality I will recommend to purchase car from their. My Garmin issue still remains. after paying 52k. This behavior is not acceptable at all. This is the reason I put rating low. But Sales and sales people rating are very high. How can they deliver without proper inspection. More
