We drove two hours to get there and when we did Shawn was not in at the time. We then got transferred to Alex whom was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. We got there at 11 and left before 2 with my new vehicle and with trading in my old one. I would for sure recommend these gentleman to anyone who asks! More

We had to call Tim multiple times for information about the financing as we live out of town, a couple times was in the evening around 9:00-10:00 pm and we were told not to hesitate to call back if we were unsure of anything. We went to see the truck on a Sunday and the dealership was closed, Shawn came to the dealership on his day off to show us the truck,he had a very positive attitude and went out of his way to help us. When we picked up the truck I truly felt the sincerity and kindness in Shawn to make sure we were satisfied. His helpfulness in showing us the technology of this truck was fantastic for I am quite out of date in this area. Trailer Brake So when i bought the truck it didn't come with a factory installed trailer brake. I told the salesman I would like a factory trailer brake installed. So when i bought the truck it didn't come with a factory installed trailer brake. I told the salesman I would like a factory trailer brake installed. After a few months of not being able to do it because it is not a very common thing for trucks that don't come with them to have them installed afterwards, David Mussell called me up and said hey listen sorry it's taken so long but I've went out and found somebody that can install them for you and for your inconvenience we're gonna front the bill.
