I travel a lot so I asked to communicate by email and where some salespeople didn't seem that eager to do so, Robyn was more than happy to answer each and every query I had. I am a pretty picky person and need to do a lot of research before my final decision to purchase feels comfortable. This is where Robyn shone. She answered everything I asked and in a timely manner. She was professional but at the same time very warm and accommodating, not all salespeople have that ability. Finally, she went above the call of duty to be sure that I was looked after when I arrived at the dealership. Her and Tim Florek made the transaction a simple matter.
