Buying a used vehicle. Highly recommend the dealership. I had previously been looking for a used Ford Explorer in the diamond white with very low kilometres. We never owned an suv before and you could say we had very high standards for a used vehicle that we thought were unreachable with a smaller price range. After countless visits to other dealerships and private sales over a 2 month period, there was an ad that was created by Don Wheaton with no pictures. I first spoke with Shawn MacDougall who immediately went to find the vehicle and take pictures and send the CARPROOF within minutes. We met with Shawn and he made sure everything we wanted completed to the vehicle was done before we took possession and the dealership found even more things to fix than we ourselves noted. Shawn and the management team was patient with us and updated us every step of the way until we picked up the explorer. On top of beating everyone else for price, the experience was fantastic and the vehicle looks next to new condition. Please consider this dealership because you will understand why it was worth it to go to the dealership and consider dealing with them as everywhere else, we were not considered a priority because we weren’t considering a new vehicle. It was minimal stress dealing with Don Wheaton. More

Calmed an anxious customer! Overall I was very nervous purchasing from a dealership for the first time and Jenaya did an amazing job helping me purchase the vehicle I was looking Overall I was very nervous purchasing from a dealership for the first time and Jenaya did an amazing job helping me purchase the vehicle I was looking for! I had been dreading the 'dealership experience" that I was expecting; a pushy sales person, being tricked into something I didn't want etc. Jenaya was very calm, relaxed and not the least bit pushy. She was wonderful to work with. She went over everything with me that I asked, she asked the right questions to make sure that I knew I wanted what I wanted without being pushy and some pros and cons of my chosen vehicle. Overall the experience was much better than I had expected coming into it and really appreciate everything that both Jenaya and Tim did to help me purchase my (almost) new vehicle! Thank you both! Right from my first call to them, I had a great buying experience and our salesperson, Shawn, was a real pleasure to deal with. I felt that the vehicle was better in person than even advertised (had new tires for instance which wasn’t even listed in their ad). Shawn helped walk me through the whole process and was both knowledgeable and helpful. Most importantly, he treated me, my wife, and our two children with the utmost respect. There was never any pressure, only answers and helpful strategies on how I could get what I needed. The other staff and the overall environment at the dealership was friendly and helpful too. I would recommend purchasing a vehicle from the dealer, and in particular from Shawn as he was quick to respond and always had a can do attitude.
