Troy was my finance manager and he was able to get me as close as he was to the same payments I was already making for my previous but not only that he got me way below what I had for an interest rate. After finalizing everything Dileep did a full run through with me on my brand new suv as well checked on up me to see how I was doing and like I g my terrain. When I came in to get my truck Melissa drove me to get a plate and get my truck road ready. Brandie went through all the settings and options with me for my truck. Worth the wait. I went in without an appointment to look at the Volt I saw advertised. Thats when I met Jenaya. I informed her I was axtually looking for a 16 or newe I went in without an appointment to look at the Volt I saw advertised. Thats when I met Jenaya. I informed her I was axtually looking for a 16 or newer used one but can only find them in BC or Ontario. The car was out on a service loan but the Service manager showed me his Voly and answered a lot of questions. I left with an appointment to test drive the Volt upon its return. It didnt return while I was waiting someone bought it but they were bringing in a new and used one(about 2.5 weeks from my first visit). Then the new one was in I scheduled an appointment to test drive it but was interested in the used one. When we showed up another sales person had taken the car out for a test drive with someone else and we had to wait for them to return. When we returned from our test drive we started to discuss price on the used one being brought in from Ontario. Jenaya went to discuss the price and was informed that the person we had to wait for already put a deposite on it while we were out for our test drive. In my opinion that wasnt very professional of the other sales person and frustrated us. This had us considering dealing with somewhere else or traveling to get the car. Within a day or so Jenaya informed me that they found another one to bring in if I was interested. Within 2 weeks I got to go and see it, test drive and buy it. It has now been over a week and I am loving the car! In the end Jenaya got the car I wanted for a decent price. She was great to work with, knowledgeable and answered our questions or found the answers. There wasnt any bargaining or haggling. The only awkward part of the formal paperwork part was Tim trying hard to get us to buy the paint coating after we said no a couple times already. More
