False Advertising Would not recommend this dealership at all. While the initial interaction with the sales person was OK, the typical sales stereotypes began to emerge Would not recommend this dealership at all. While the initial interaction with the sales person was OK, the typical sales stereotypes began to emerge after selecting a vehicle of interest. First, there was the pressure to complete a deposit before agreeing on a price. I was told that if I put a deposit down, they could then give me the best price. Why would I commit to a purchase without a clear understanding of what the price was. Second, the dealership did not honor the advertise price. I forwarded the screen shot, with the website pricing, all I got was apologies and it was an error. Further, the revised advertised price still had hidden costs that the dealership added on after. The excuse was it had mudflaps and protective coating. The truck and price was advertised with mudflaps and coating, as the pictures denoted. So adding in afterwards is underhanded and false advertising. Lastly, the dealer offered me a price on a demo unit, when I went back to their website, the price was lower than what they offered. I asked what kind of scam are they running. You offer your best price over the phone, but yet go to the website and find it is cheaper. More

Not impressed The service personnel were great at getting my truck in for repairs the only thing I’m not impressed with is I bought brand new 2017 Chevy ltz. I have to keep being it in for repairs like rubber for sunroof and wire shortages and speaker issues and door panel was worped and the windshield washer sprayer was not working correctly. Brand new truck and I have nothing but issues. The service team are great but like I said not happy with the purchase experience or the repairs needed all the time. Good communication and willingness to fix mistakes Bought a 2018 Colorado Diesel. I had requested 3 add on options for the truck, Undercoat, Paint protection, and Drop in bed liner. I left the truck to Bought a 2018 Colorado Diesel. I had requested 3 add on options for the truck, Undercoat, Paint protection, and Drop in bed liner. I left the truck to get all three done, unfortunately the bed-liner got delayed. I let the truck wait for a week but I needed a vehicle the dealership provided a loaner until my truck got finished. Through out the process the Sales rep stayed in touch and updated with what was going. In the end it turned out that the drop in was damaged in transit, the dealership offered to the spray in liner instead at no additional cost. What I appreciated is the communication I had received, yes it wasn't a perfect transaction but the willingness to alleviate the problem by the dealership made up for the fact the drop in liner wasn't installed. More

I didn't have to listen to "how great this dealership was and their great ratings etc" as I heard from other dealerships. It's been quite an experience for me as a single senior lady. Test driving a suv with sold sign in window but "no that doesn't mean anything " 2 hrs later I'm told "sorry it's sold but here is another one" a lot higher price. Thank you Cassidy & Nik Jr your honesty and professionalism was appreciated, no other dealership could I say came anywhere close! More
