My purpose in going to Don Valley VW was to purchase a new Golf. Bridget Adamo was the salesperson who greeted me and she was extremely helpful. She listened carefully to what I was looking for and matched exactly the features I wanted with what vehicles were available. We negotiated a great price and even after the deal was finalized, she was flexible & accomodating in changing my choice from diesel to gas. The manager Stephen very clearly outlined the specifics of my purchase and explained the optional choices to me so I could make an informed decision. Bridget also took a great deal of care & time to explain all the features when I picked up the car and was readily available to me when I followed up with a question a week later. My only concern is there seemed to be a slight lack of care in the additional undercoating that was applied to the vehicle. I believe this was done at a location other than Don Valley VW. I had to spend an afternoon cleaning the excess off the doors, trunk & hood/engine, plus have the underside of the car powerwashed. Given that it was a brand new vehicle, this shouldn't have been necessary -- but that is my only complaint. I love the car & would highly recommend Don Valley VW, specifically Bridget Adamo, to everyone. More

Visited the dealership in Aug-13 to review the Toureg and was helped by Bernard in new car sales. Very knowledgable, approachable, pleasant, and nice to deal with. Also was very respectful of my needs and wanting to understand thise in order to position the vehicle appropriately and in an unaggressive manner. Also did not rush through the evaluation and was very patient and accommodating through many questions. Upon review of the available 2013 vehicles left for purchase, we were not able to find one that matched my preference, however Bernard followed-up within hours to offer another solution....great initiative!! This vehicle was enjoyable and a contender in my top 3 however ultimately was not my final choice. Bernard's service made me think twice though, and it was definately on par with the best I have had to date! Great to interact with enthusiastic and helpful staff such as this gentleman! More

On the day we got our Tiguan, we had planned to visit many dealerships to get the best deal (we had a few different vehicles that we liked). She was friendly, knowledgable, a pleasure to deal with, and we were happy with the deal that we got. We didn't even bother to continue our car shopping with the other dealerships. I wouldn't hesitate to go back to them and hope Chloe is still working there when we do. In future we will make it our first stop (and hopefully only stop!) when looking for our next vehicle. More

Working with Bernard was an absolute pleasure. When we originally came to the dealership it was the first car we looked at on our hunt for a new vehicle. We visited 4 other dealerships and ultimately came back to VW knowing that Bernard would help us out. He followed up after our first meeting but did not constantly email us which was appreciated. He worked hard to show us our options and worked on price for us to ensure it was within our means. He knew his product and competitors’ products which ultimately lead us to choose to R Line Tiguan which we couldn't be happier with. Bernard even came in on his day off so we could pick up the car at a convenient time for us!
