Visit resulted in my car needing new repairs and missing cap Took my 2006 Jetta for some exhaust work to DV VW. My key fobs no longer worked after the repair (not the batteries but the unit in the vehicle ) the heat setting in the car makes a loud noise and one of my hubcaps was missing This isn't the first time is has happened. I told the service dept that my cap was missing and was told that the service tech claimed that my car arrived without the one hubcap which is false. So it's possible that the cap was stolen from my car while on the lot waiting for the repair but I believe that when a dealership is in possession of your car they are responsible for your car. They refuse to acknowledge any of my requests for a replacement cap. So I can't prove that anyone caused thes new problems with my car intentionally but I will not be using Don Valley VW services again. It's possible that all these new breakdowns happen uninitentionally as a result of a previous repair, hammering, banging etc but this speaks to quality of a car if it's that sensitive. Great dealership! I was in the market for a vehicle and gave Don Valley Volkswagon a shot. I walked into the dealer and met with Harry. He introduced me to 3 different I was in the market for a vehicle and gave Don Valley Volkswagon a shot. I walked into the dealer and met with Harry. He introduced me to 3 different vehicles and told me upfront to go home and sleep on it and the next time I come to bring the wife along. So that's what I did and returned 4 days later. When we returned he showed us another 2 vehicles and said to take our time and compare all vehicles but never showed signs of forcefully selling us vehicles. He was very professional and never felt like I was dealing with a salesman. It felt like he was more of a friend than a salesman. On that same day my wife decided to purchase her new 2013 volkswagon jetta highline. Harry's knowledge and honesty was greatly appreciated. I will definitely return to Harry one day to purchase another vehicle and will suggest other people in the market for a vehicle to give Harry a visit! He is Awesome!!! More

Ridiculous, expensive and unnecessary. I bring it to the dealer for expertise, quality and experience, not amateurs replacing everything because they can not figure out what is wrong. I always have great experiences with Don Valley VW I have had several interactions with Don Valley VW over the years, since I purchased my used VW Golf. It started when purchased a battery from the I have had several interactions with Don Valley VW over the years, since I purchased my used VW Golf. It started when purchased a battery from the parts department, late one evening, they were great, and I have purchase several other small parts from them when I lived in the area. I have since moved and have gone back for other things that I only trust a dealership to handle. One being the inner workings of my fuel tank broke one day due to extreme cold, this is the dealership I chose to go to, they fixed it and I haven't had a problem since. The prices are at par with other Dealership and yes prices they are higher than other shops, but not unreasonable. The last time I went to the dealership was to have some parts of my vehicle looked at to see if there would be some warranty because of some rusting body parts. The body shop made an appointment for me quickly to evaluate and after submitting the details to VW, determined that Warranty would pay to replace the fender. I made a second appointment to have the work done, they were great to accommodate my schedule and they replaced the fender in one day. It could have been in for longer but I chose not to have it blended, which as it turns out, was not required because the car had minimal discolouration through normal wear and tear, the colour match was to my satisfaction. This quick appointment was shocking for me, considering another dealership in Brampton advised I could not even see anyone about the rust warranty for 6 months, And the appointment was only to inspect the rust. Keep up the great work Don Valley VW. More

One of their service reps (Loretta Cain) I've known since 1994 ha I've been dealing with DV VW for over 5 years now and I like the service I recieve. One of their service reps (Loretta Cain) I've known since 1994 has always looked after me in a very good way. She always looks for alternative ways to fix my car if the bill starts getting expensive. She's honest and to the point in regards to telling you what needs to be done on my car. I recently bought my 3rd VW Golf from DV VW back in 2012 and it is a wonderful car!!!
