We met with Emil over the Christmas holidays and he was a true pleasure to work with! He picked us up at home, and let me and my wife take turns driving back to the office. There was no pressure at all, and Emil was also happy to answer any questions and help make suggestions. After deciding on what we wanted, Emil helped us find what was in the system and did a fantastic job getting it super-quick! He was in contact communication with us and always available (as I found out after, he was returning my emails from his vacation! Truly above and beyond the call of duty!). Bernard was extremely easy to deal with. Bernard was very easy to understand, told me what I wanted to know, and has a very relaxed personality. I went to other VW dealerships to find out the scale of price that was out there and came back to Bernard when all other dealers were unable to get within $40/mth of the price he had given me. Eventually he beat that original great price, and did it without any stupid sales games or tricks. Not once was I pressured!! He then took the time necessary to make sure the exchange was done properly, that I was comfortable through everything, that everything was explained and then took me through all the tips and tricks of my new vehicle. I left feeling great about my car, my price and my relationship with my sales man. I would highly recommend him to deal with. He exceeded my expectations by a long shot. More

If there was a 'super great' option I would've put it across the board. I was having a horrible days but I had to get this. Richard's kindness and compassion made it so much easier. Other garages had refused to give me a quote and even though the one I got from Richard was the worst case scenario as I had requested, he kept me in the loop every step of the way so I could make informed decisions. As it turned out, my car was unfit for the road and work done at a previous mechanic had severely damaged the car. Richard corrected the problem and gave me a fair price that I was more than happy to pay. Great customer service from richard and the mechanic, who's name I didn't catch, did an amazing job. This changed my perception of dealerships and I'd be more than happy to service my vehicle at DV VW again. You were the silver lining on a bad day. Thank you. More

I felt involved in the process and was better able to make the decisions. He also offered me the convenience of alternate transportation (which I really, really appreciated, since I live halfway across the city) and promised to let me know when my car was ready for pick-up. This was one of the best experiences I've had at any dealership. It was painless and very pleasant. I will certainly refer this particular VW dealership and would use them although there is a VW dealership that is closer to home. Great service and attitude. More
