New Vehicle Purchase I recently purchased a 2015 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited (Willy's Wheeler) from Dodge City Motors in Saskatoon. I had the pleasure of meeting and dealing I recently purchased a 2015 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited (Willy's Wheeler) from Dodge City Motors in Saskatoon. I had the pleasure of meeting and dealing with Robert HURD in new and used sales and leasing. Rob was very thorough and a true professional. I had sent e-mail requests to numerous Jeep dealers in Saskatchewan asking for details and availability on the Willy's Wheeler edition. Rob was the ONLY sales consultant to reply (almost immediately) and quickly sourced out my new Jeep in under 2 weeks. It was a smooth transaction and great experience. Kevin found me the truck I was looking for and adding a couple of things wasn’t a problem at all. Everything happened in a professional, friendly and ‘no pressure’ atmosphere. A big ‘thanks’ for that!!! Vidhin was very helpful in answering my questions, making sure everything was organized with the service department and keeping me updated. Lost a customer First of all my sales person was fine. Good experience. Couple little slip ups at the beginning was fine. Purchase went through no problem. Now First of all my sales person was fine. Good experience. Couple little slip ups at the beginning was fine. Purchase went through no problem. Now for service. Terrible. My experience anyway. Brought in my new truck with just over 5000 kms to have a bumper replaced that was already showing rust. I called booked an appointment. They had the part in stock. Drove all the way into the city to drop it off. Then I was called a few hours later and told we aren't fixing it. Its not rusty enough. It cleans up fine. I told him it was going to keep rusting and service manager said yes it will. I have to keep taking SOS pads to my new truck? He said you have until 60000 km's anyway. Do you know what happens to chrome when you take an SOS pad to it? Just keep on enjoying your new rusting truck. I was speechless. I had these fancy mud guards installed by the dealership, they are rusting as well. Service adviser said they rust because of the road salt. I get that but rusting at 5000 kms?! Come on! Also you pretty much have to slap the service advisers in the face to get their attention. It seems like they go out of their way taking their time to acknowledge you. More

I must say I was not sure if I was ready to give up my Dodge Nitro but they worked out a deal for me to make it worth doing.
