Sheisty I took my 2014 300c in That i just bought from these guys because it was making a smell similar to burning oil. I didnt call for an appt because i just wanted someone to smell the smell as it didnt make the smell all the time but often enough. I was told by shop manager to make an appt so i did. After i dropped it off i was called later and told they could not find anything wrong with it but i would not be charged either way for the appointment (thats why they got 2 stars instead of 1.) I continued smelling the awful smell and getting headaches from it until i took it to a friend of mine who has a shop. We hoisted it into air and he found problem in under 5m front struts leaking oil and dripping into hot break/tire area (can only smell when its nice out.) So basically they had my car all day and couldnt figure out that the front struts were leaking oil... Not sure what they were looking at but as this is warantee issue i am not surprised that this was "conveniently" overlooked. Very disappointed i have about another 140000 k to go with this warantee that i am not looking forward to with these guys. Wont be back and will be telling everyone i know to stay away. More

After disappointing service from local dodge dealerships I contacted Dodge City, which is two hours away from me, to find me a Durango. I had specific needs which proved difficult to find but Vidhin didn't give up and found one that exceeded my expectations. My new 2016 Durango is beautiful and arrived just in time!! The best part was given my location, everything was done over email and phone until final paperwork when we picked up my new Dodge. KJ and Vidhin accommodated us driving in late in the day to pick up my Durango. KJ took the time to explain all the options and paperwork to us and Vidhin took the time to show us all the features, even though it was past closing time. Looking forward to dealing with Dodge City and would highly recommend Vidhin and this dealership. Well worth the drive! Thanks Dodge City! Definitely getting some looks driving around town in this beautiful Dodge! More

Find a Jeep that looks good on me! I wasn't planning on purchasing a Grand Cherokee yet. Was just looking and went test driving so that I could watch for future deals. I relayed the options I wanted and one was found for me. (only 2 persuasions to try and change my options... not bad for a female shopping for an SUV) Price couldn't be beat, and I was sold! Everything was easy and no pressure deal. It was even trailered in from out of town as a bonus. When I arrived, I felt the excitement with how good the Jeep looked. Vidhin spent about 1/2 hour with me going through the options so that I saw how everything worked. Worth every penny! Only one blurb on the service side... not sales side. When I went to pay for the vehicle I stopped at the service side first to see if I could get a headlight bulb on my Nitro changed. I was told no one was available and I didn't have an appointment. (even though it was like a 10 min job to change the light bulb) When I stated I was going to the sales side to pay for a new vehicle I just purchased, suddenly someone was paged. I kind of chuckled, but would hope all people in the end could experience good customer service. More

A friend of mine recently emailed me with the January promos which Dodge Canada was offering, the combination of rebates and dealer incentives, 0% finance up to 84 months, Loyalty rebate etc. I was curious but had no expectation that a deal would be possible. I had to get more than I owed on my 2010 (it only has 82,000 km on it and was in mint condition) and basically told Bill Elliott that I needed every rebate, discount, offer, 0% finance, and a trade in which was at or higher than my owing amount. Bill found me the exact truck I was looking for (2016 Ram 1500 Sport Hemi Crew, 4X4, loaded, with NAV in the Blackout edition.... Not only did he find it, he trailered it in, and he made this deal happen. I went from checking into it as a mere curiosity to happily driving my brand new truck. I also got a very good price for my Extended Warranty, and although Lianne had some conflict with her computer (handled with very good humour), she did an excellent job and I am very happy with my extended warranty choices. I have nothing but compliments for BIll and the staff at Dodge City, I was already a loyal service customer and I plan on remaining so for years to come. Overall an excellent experience. More
