Rob never pressured us into a vehicle that didn't fit us, or what we wanted. He is by far the best salesman I have ever encountered, not just with vehicles, but with everything. While at first we felt the first meeting ran a little long, Rob used this time to fully understand our needs and what we were looking for. He actually listened to us. Once we decided on a vehicle, he made it possible for us to take it for the night so we can fully test the car and be sure that's what we want. What was so important was we live on an acreage and have about 20kms of gravel and he didn't blink an eye. Then when we decided on a specific vehicle, he spent his entire day off to make sure we were able to get the car we wanted. After talking with three other dealerships, he found the one, and got it to us. So far we are incredibly satisfied with our 2015 Jeep Cherokee Limited with the Tow, Luxury, and Nav. :) I am definitely going to be sending friends and relatives to Rob. More
