Dismissive - do not listen We are in the process of buying a new vehicle and planning to test drive several vehicles from different dealerships. We were greeted by Vid when we arrived and were quickly pawned off on Darryl as he seemed unwilling to help us. We talked with Darryl about what we were looking for, and he quickly took us to the fully loaded top end Cherokee. He spent the rest of his time with us basically telling us why we needed all the features and didn't really want to hear why we didn't. When we returned from the test drive, he was nowhere to be found, he eventually came back and we also drove a Patriot. When we returned from the 2nd test drive, Darryl was again absent, after waiting for about 10 minutes, we dropped the keys on his desk and walked out. Not impressed at all and if I feel the need to look for a Jeep in the future, will be looking for a different dealership. More

Great experience! I had contacted the dealership prior to coming in and Vidhin had responded. I took the vehicle for a quick test-drive, he knew I was limited for time I had contacted the dealership prior to coming in and Vidhin had responded.
