The negative experience(s) in dealing with Auto Clearing of Saskatoon have made me appreciative of the high level of customer service that I have received since purchasing my first Dodge product in 2002. I have also come to realize that, as a consumer, the need to research all aspects of a dealership is just as important as researching the vehicle you want. Vehicles are a depreciating investment that wreak havoc on our disposable income. We will never accept breakdowns, and no matter how good the price is, it will never be low enough. But pricing should never be compared to "quality-of-service". Today's experience with Auto Clearing was "the straw that broke....." It has taught me a valuable lesson. I will only use Auto Clearing as a last ditch attempt to rectify my automotive problem when Dodge City, or any other high-end after-market service center, is not able to. There are many employees that have provided outstanding customer service to me at Dodge City, but like any customer, I too have my go-to's. This is a special thanks for the ongoing service provided to me by Jeremy Wood, Dave Finke, Phil Holmes a Court, Colin Barnes, Glenda McTavish, Aaron Dash, and Kevin Strunk (just to name a few). It took me 15 years to fill in the customer appreciation opinion card, so you can thank Auto Clearing for that! Thanks again and keep up the great work. More

Take your dollar and don't fix it!! Had a throttle control problem! They ordered the part a few weeks later installed the part!! I paid for it and started my and same problem came up bef Had a throttle control problem! They ordered the part a few weeks later installed the part!! I paid for it and started my and same problem came up before I left the dealership!! Rebooked to fix it!! The following week got it in they couldn't find anything wrong with over a few days of looking at it!!! I was surprised to receive a bill for almost $400.00 for fixing nothing yet I had the problem for almost 2 weeks!! Needless to say I will not be going to dodge city again!!! More

Buying a 2017 2500 Ram This is the 2nd truck I have bought from Mike. It was a 2012 3500 Ram. Since I had no problems with the 2012 truck and I pulled a 37 ft. 5th wheel, This is the 2nd truck I have bought from Mike. It was a 2012 3500 Ram. Since I had no problems with the 2012 truck and I pulled a 37 ft. 5th wheel, I was interested in a new 2017 Ram 2500. This new one had more features that Mike happy pointed out like the heavier front end suspension and the new coil spring rear suspension. Mike let me test drive several trucks over many months and there was no pressure from the dealership to buy. Mike always answered all my questions every time I saw him about the new 2500 Ram. If Mike didn't know the answer he found it and got back to me. So I just bought a 2017 Ram 2500 Lariat. Mike is a professional and delivered a memorable experience! Tony More
