We were very pleased to buy our Jeep Grand Cherokee L at Dodge City Saskatoon. Due to delays with the manufacturer in Detroit, the assembly and transportation of our vehicle was delayed, and Levi Kermeen, o Dodge City Saskatoon. Due to delays with the manufacturer in Detroit, the assembly and transportation of our vehicle was delayed, and Levi Kermeen, our Salesman, kept us up to date on the process. Additionally, due to this delay, financing rates had doubled by the eventual time to purchase, but the dealership was able to work with their bank to honour the original rate at the time of our order. Within a few weeks of ownership, unfortunately our radiator fan malfunctioned, and Levi brought our vehicle into the Dodge City Service Shop (which was already at end of day) and worked on getting it fixed. The part was not available in the service shop so they tried multiple solutions before eventually trying to arrange a rental car (free of charge). There were no rental cars in the city at equal size and comfort to our vehicle so Dodge City bought a new Jeep Grand Cherokee L at a higher trim than our own and labeled it as the dealership “demo car”, which was then lent to us for our trip to The Rockies, at no cost, while they fixed our own vehicle. Levi brought this car to our home on his day off for our convenience as we had no vehicle to drive. We are very pleased with this level of service and will definitely buy from Levi and Dodge City in the future. More
