I like the sales people, service is something to be looked into I feel they are some miserable people there which makes the feeling of not welcome. Also I was on a pre call and asked simple questions and I was treated abruptly and was told that they cannot diagnose a vehicle that is not in the shop. I agree!! But I asked if there was a certain part in stock and I was told they will deal with it when my vehicle arrives. One thing I know about sales and service. When a customer asks a question please do your best to answer not just deflect to reduce the responsibility. Of following up on a question. More
