Glenda is the best competent representative of the dealership. She works so hard. As a retired social worker, I am really concerned that her health is in jeopardy I’ve been there and burned out 3 dealership. She works so hard. I had to call at the end of the day, just before they close, two days in the row to follow up. Despite that, they weren’t able to fix my car because they couldn’t find the necessary panels. Now, my vehicle has two permanent issues that keep experts couldn’t resolve. In the end, I paid only to be told that my car couldn’t be repaired. The new car manager and sales side seems pretty solid, service department is a mess, call center style appointments are awful.
