Customer service was absolute garbage after Dave left. No one contacted me from the dealership to let me know he had left until months later. My family and I had to try and contact the dealership for upda No one contacted me from the dealership to let me know he had left until months later. My family and I had to try and contact the dealership for updates once Dave himself told us he had left. No one would answer our calls or call us back. I personally was not contacted until the end of August. I received a “checklist” after my so called delivery of my new vehicle, stating multiple things were gone through with me, when they were not. Mark had a hockey game to go to, which is fine, but I was not told that until I was on my way to the dealership. He quickly went over the electronics in the vehicle and that was it. He told me he “would go over it better another time or when I brought it in for my first service”. Nothing was told to me about the service department or how to book. He never once contacted me after I took the vehicle home, until I had to message him regarding a block heater, that was not installed. The financial manager did not go through the bill of sale with us, in which we found hidden fees. My family has bought 15+ vehicles at Dodge City and we are extremely disappointed in the customer service we received. More
