We were extremely hesitant to go back to Dodge City, after previous experiences with the service and parts departments. The only reason we went back was because of DEREK ROBERTSON. Brought in the car early only to be called later in the afternoon that the car repair was not done. No respect for client’s time. Also, usually dealership would let u know any estimated repairwork charges afternoon that the car repair was not done. No respect for client’s time.
