Brought in the car early only to be called later in the afternoon that the car repair was not done. No respect for client’s time. Also, usually dealership would let u know any estimated repairwork charges afternoon that the car repair was not done. No respect for client’s time. Also, usually dealership would let u know any estimated repairwork charges prior to starting to work on your vehicle so the client won’t be surprised with cost and if they only agreed, we were charged almost 300$ but without asking us first about what needed to be done on our vehicle. I wish they were more transparent with us. More

Overall a very poor purchasing experience. The service at the parts counter was very good. The financing was ok as well. The sale process was the worst we have had in some time. The salesman w The service at the parts counter was very good. The financing was ok as well. The sale process was the worst we have had in some time. The salesman was nice up until we committed to buying the vehicle then recieved almost no service. No walk through of vehicle (was busy trying to sell another car). We had organized a time to come in and sign along with picking up the new vehicle. Also forgot to give us the NVIS so we had to drive back to the dealership to get it. Also were told things that the dealership does (like include mud flaps on all vehicles they sell), which was not the case. The PDI we paid for, there was no windshield washer fluid in the vehicle at all (emptied an entire gallon into it). Wife was very excited as she's been wanting a jeep for so long. Its unfortunate that the sales process turned out this way. More
