Cons: Dealership looks old and tired, The truck I brought was not professional cleaned wh He was awesome and found exactly what I was looking for. Cons: Dealership looks old and tired, The truck I brought was not professional cleaned when I collected it, The rims and tires had stickers still on them, the front radar and various other points still had delivery protective plastic on them, headlights and various panels had chalk markings on them from factory, This is pretty poor service considering the amount of money spent. Also once I got the truck home I found out it has an active safety recall on the truck which I was not warned about. More

We were extremely hesitant to go back to Dodge City, after previous experiences with the service and parts departments. The only reason we went back was because of DEREK ROBERTSON. Derek treats my wife after previous experiences with the service and parts departments. The only reason we went back was because of DEREK ROBERTSON. Derek treats my wife as an equal and with respect, this is a must for me as I have walked out of businesses that haven’t. The new vehicle sales manager, John Fraser, was also very professional, personable, and helpful. We hope in the future to have Derek Robertson treatment even when not dealing directly with him! More

Brought in the car early only to be called later in the afternoon that the car repair was not done. No respect for client’s time. Also, usually dealership would let u know any estimated repairwork charges afternoon that the car repair was not done. No respect for client’s time. Also, usually dealership would let u know any estimated repairwork charges prior to starting to work on your vehicle so the client won’t be surprised with cost and if they only agreed, we were charged almost 300$ but without asking us first about what needed to be done on our vehicle. I wish they were more transparent with us. More
