I have avoided this place for 16 years, I am recently reminded why. It took two separate appointments to get two new key fobs and will cost me $2700 because they messed with my ecu without consent. They reminded why. It took two separate appointments to get two new key fobs and will cost me $2700 because they messed with my ecu without consent. They denied touching anything but the 10 new error codes after them handing over my keys lead me to believe they have. They never once offered to fix my problem but suggested going elsewhere, which confirms they want nothing to do with me but take my money. AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU HAVE A CHOICE. More

Glenda , my usual representative at Dodge City, is very efficient and a pleasure to work with. But the last two times I have taken my Jeep to the dealership, I left without the issue being fixed because o efficient and a pleasure to work with.
