The salesman was nice up until we committed to buying the vehicle then recieved almost no service. No walk through of vehicle (was busy trying to sell another car). We had organized a time to come in and sign along with picking up the new vehicle. Also forgot to give us the NVIS so we had to drive back to the dealership to get it. Also were told things that the dealership does (like include mud flaps on all vehicles they sell), which was not the case. The PDI we paid for, there was no windshield washer fluid in the vehicle at all (emptied an entire gallon into it). Wife was very excited as she's been wanting a jeep for so long. Its unfortunate that the sales process turned out this way. More

I purchased a 2025 Ram 2500 in Sherwood Park AB earlier this month and then came to Saskatoon for a visit. With less than 3000 km on the truck, codes related to the DEF system showed up and I was unable to this month and then came to Saskatoon for a visit. With less than 3000 km on the truck, codes related to the DEF system showed up and I was unable to safely drive the truck home. They got me in very quickly and fixed the problem so I could get home to Alberta. I’m very grateful they were able to fix l it in such a timely fashion when they were so busy. More
Charged me 110$ for 15-30min of failing to program keys. Feels like price gouging.(I supplied keys) Your keys that you supply are 260$ a piece. They cost as low as 13$ online. You can’t tell me that a 20x price up is acceptable. (I bought 2 keys 3 years ago online for 20$ each that worked perfectly last time). As a certified carpenter if I offered to install/build/work on a home and couldn't successfully complete the job I’d be ashamed to be charging 220$ an hour with nothing to show. I understand paying for time and paying for knowledge and expertise. But that only counts when you complete the task at hand. Your front house staff were pleasant enough. Facilities were maintained well. I’m Disapointed in your pricing, and the amount I am contacted to try and get me to bring my vehicle in for inspections, oil changes, etc. that are also so highly priced for a vehicle worth less than 13,000$. I’ve had to stop the texts and emails on my end because of how constant they are. If I had a brand new 100,000 dollar car I’d consider putting money into inspections and repairs/certified up keep. But the trucks value isn’t worth paying hundreds to thousands of dollars in inspections just to be told it’s old and might be fine, might break down. I’m still deciding if I should come back with different keys that work with your programming machine, or go to another location that can program these keys there. Cause there is no way I’m paying 700$ for 2 keys to be programmed to my truck. 2x keys plus programming 260$ 260$ 110$ Plus tax =693$. That’s ridiculous Vs online 13$ 13$ 110$ programming fee Plus tax =149$ More
