I have dealt with the Sales, Service & Parts departments here & have always received 5-Star service. Because of this I have been a loyal Docksteader customer for 25 years even though I live down the road fr here & have always received 5-Star service. Because of this I have been a loyal Docksteader customer for 25 years even though I live down the road from JP Subaru. None of the folks who’ve always taken such good care of my vehicle seem to be there this year and the Service Dept has really gone downhill. My last visit there was terrible & I stated so on the Customer Service Review they emailed me following my service, I have yet to hear back from anyone. This fall I be getting my winter tires out of their storage & going straight to JP Subaru with them. More

If Subaru lets their dealers get away with such disgusting practices, I'd rather buy a BMW. More

I purchased a used car from them that had a 90 day warranty on it . Just over a month after purchase the check engine came on due to a bad catalytic converter .
