Four trips in for a problem, month later same thing. “Sorry pal you’re over 60k now”. Bad product. Even worse service. Save yourself the anguish. Don’t buy a Ford. Embarrassing and humiliating!! After a year and some struggle with a lease that became too much, we went back to them and asked for help. They were going to help us to PURCHASE (financing APPROVED) a brand new 2016 Ford F150 which would have cost us less monthly than our current lease. They put us off, saying the vehicle had to be shipped from Kansas, and would be a week... then another week, and yet another. Suddenly, no truck. No lease. Nothing but humiliation as they repossess the leased vehicle and leave us with "we'll auction it, and you'll have to pay for what is left owing against the lease". They gave no proof to us that the vehicle they seized would be parked and stay that way, unused by another for any reason. Almost a year later, we receive a letter stating we owe over $16K, and it's subject to extremely high interest rates. Just before Christmas 2016, they begin garnishing wages to the tune of $650 per PAYCHECK... Now we can't afford anything. It's either rent OR groceries and bills. More
