Disrespectful and unreliable. I went to this dealer because a family member who had been using their service for years. Unfortunately, the experience is far from satisfactory. My husband ordered the type of tires I want for my car, and was to go in on a Tuesday morning to change it, and a basic inspection. On the day, I was informed when I supposed to pick up my car that the tires did not arrive, and I can return on Thursday and the tires will be changed. On Thursday, I returned, the car was not ready when it supposed to be, I waited for another half an hour, and then I was in a rush and did not check the tires. During my drive home, the car was kind of unbalanced, swining from left to right, and then I noticed that the tires were winter tires. Who use winter tires in Quebect on 5th Setpember especially this year the summer is so hot. Called to complain the next day, and was told the service representative decided to give that type of tires to us. That is so disrespectful. I am the customer who is spending the money, and it is up to me to decide what type of tires I want. I was then told that they have to order the tires and I have to call on next Monday to check if the tires I want arrived. That only show one thing, the service staff has not ordered the tires on the first place, as it was supposed to be ordered way before I went in to change the tires. This type of service is unacceptable and not worth the money and hassles. More
