No, thank you. Another visit means that more repairs as needed after the next visit. To be fair, I do not wish to incur another closer look will require more of my time and your time ending up with more $$$ required to fix the faults.

Sometimes unplanned absences and unpredictable events take a toll. It is certainly regrettable that we were not able to assist you within the timeline needed to get you back on the road, and hope that alternative arrangements were able to be made.

Thanks for the response that was as helpful as your dealership. There used to be a time when someone said something, they actually had personal pride and professionalism and their word was their bond. But keep making excuses and accept no responsibility, seems to be the way it works now.

Thanks for the responses . I did talk to Carmine but no solution . He offered me I can cancel my order and get my deposit back . I have rights to know how your system work I did post a review few days ago on Google but my review got deleted, why ? How come I can’t post my review on Google any more ?
