Service and sales - never again. Purchased 2 vehicles - one in 2003 and one 3 years ago. Before the service at KH was good and that's why kept going to KH but it hasn't been for years Purchased 2 vehicles - one in 2003 and one 3 years ago. Before the service at KH was good and that's why kept going to KH but it hasn't been for years and I just wished I trusted my senses and went elsewhere before now. Recently my newer vehicle didn't start though being only 3 years old I figured it was a bad battery but figured why not just call service to see if they have any input. Called service and they said sorry your warranty ran out last month so we cant provide a comment regarding your issue. Are you kidding me? Ive purchased 2 vehicles from your dealership and had them both faithfully serviced during the warranty periods and you cant even provide me suggestion over the phone because my warranty expired a month ago? That is terrible service for customer retention especially if they looked up our vehicle records. On my other vehicle, Honda never fixed my issue though I had to shell out 2000$ in fees over 2 separate occasions trying to fix the same issue. Honda had me replace front controller arms and other suspension related items in the front which didn't resolve the issue. Finally last week I went to a recommended local garage after being fed up with Honda and they found a cracked strut tower bushing causing the issue. Got new struts and finally after 2 years paying Honda to try and fix my older vehicle it runs like new again. On another service story where Honda had my vehicle for half a day and also called me midway to upsell me on a fluid change that set me back an additional 200$ When I came to get my car they tell me "Oh by the way your engine light is on" Im like "What?? you call me to upsell me on fluid changes and you don't even ask or look into my my engine light issue while you have my car for half a day? I love Honda vehicles but I will never purchase or service one at Destination/kingsway honda again. More
DEE DER IS THE WORST I have also had a terrible rude experience with her. How is she even employed in finance blows my mind. My husband and I had the unfortunate circumstance of working with Kingsway Honda and Dee Der in the Finance departme Do not go to this dealership. My husband and I had the unfortunate circumstance of working with Kingsway Honda and Dee Der in the Finance department. Our credit situation was a tricky one and were were referred to this dealership. I had contacted them to see if they were able to help with our situation as we were tight for time and were looking for an answer. Dee let me know that she would do what she could and to send in a credit application with my information right away and she would be on it. I sent in my information and never hear anything from her until 3 days later when I reached out to confirm she received it. She assured me she had and that she would start working on it right away. I hear nothing from her until again I reached out on the following Monday. I spoke to her colleague who had no idea who I was and couldn't find a file for me, he assured me she would return my call when she arrived at 12. I never received a call and instead had to have my husband call while I was at work. When he got her on the phone she told him she didn't know who he was talking about and she would look into it. He then called back about an hour later and spoke to her again and magically she knew who I was when he brought up the email chain I had had with her. She said that she was busy and out of the office and would do her best. My husband re-stressed the urgency of the matter and she told us she was working on it. We heard nothing until Wednesday when we again had to try multiple times to get an update from her via phone and email. She finally answered and told me that she had recorded my VIN number wrong and I needed to resend it again. I resent my VIN and she responded inquiring for further information, which I provided immediately. We then again heard nothing from her until today when we tried multiple times via phone and email to get an update on our application. She said that she received an answer from the bank yesterday and that she meant to get back to us about the information she needed for them, along with a few other excuses on why she had been so unresponsive in the previous week and a half. She sent a form that I needed to get completed at 4:45 p.m. on a Friday before a long weekend, ensuring that I would not be able to get it completed in time because the office I needed it from was closed for the long weekend. She was not able to answer any of our questions, had no communication with us unless we initiated it, was rude, made excuses for everything and was very unprofessional. Ultimately, we have had to go to another dealership (Surrey Honda) and have already received amazing customer service and compassion for our situation and for the horrible experience we received at Kingsway Honda. More

WORST DEALERSHIP IN THE CITY!! DO NOT GO HERE! Leased a vehicle from this dealership and been having a horrible experience with them for the pas three & half years. Sales team are e DO NOT GO HERE! Leased a vehicle from this dealership and been having a horrible experience with them for the pas three & half years. Sales team are extremely pushy, not to mention they harass you with phone calls. I decide to sign the lease papers and went into the finance manager's office, manager brought in another guy into his office (their excuse they were training him for assistant finance manager) keep in mind I'm a young lady signing lease papers on my own with two guys in one office. Then the pressure began with them trying to push me into buying extra protection and extra cost. Thankfully it wasn't my first time getting a new vehicle so I had to stand my ground and kept telling them NO No No!! They apparently were getting frustrated with me and finally backed off. Two years into the lease the vehicle started having mechanical issues. Took it to their service department and they couldn't find the problem so they ended up changing all the seals in the vehicle. Took the vehicle back to my mechanic and the vehicle was still leaking!! Took it back to Kingsway Honda and got stuck with a horrible service rep. Once they were done inspecting the vehicle their service rep came into the waiting room where other customers were also waiting and the rep asked me what mechanic shop i take it to, once i told him he advised there was nothing wrong with the vehicle and basically made my mechanic sound like they were incompetent people. I was taken by surprise and found it extremely unprofessional for this service rep to discuss this out loud in the waiting room. Took it back to my repair shop and it was still leaking and was shown exactly where the leaking was coming from so finally decided to take it to another Honda dealership and they informed me there was leaking coming from underneath the vehicle and I'm now in the process of having them try to fix the problem. I also called in one day trying to find information about my lease and i was transfer three times because no body had an answer and when i finally spoke with someone who did he sounded like he was in a rush, he asked me if he can call me back in 30 mins and never did returned my call. And lastly on one of my visits to this horrible dealership i was waiting in the their waiting room and saw a customer who was very frustrated and trying to communicate her issues with their front desk as her English was not very good. Once she left I saw a group of 4 or 5 employees gather at the front desk laughing at this customer, I found it extremely offensive and unprofessionally for them to be laughing at one of their customers so out in the open. I cant stress enough how unprofessional these employees are and strongly recommend that you go to different dealership! More
