Had a very pleasant experience at Kingsway Honda. I found the vehicle online and get connected to the sales associate Mark, this person is genuine, super friendly and straightforward. I expressed what I am looking for, give him my offer, and he sees it done. Simple as that, second day I am on my way to Kingsway Honda from Victoria! Mark picks me up from the Sky Train station and welcomes me like an old friend. When arriving at the dealership I have another great chat with the financing manager Christine. The whole journey was so smooth and pleasant, and that's exactly what I am looking for! Thanks to this great team! Looking forward to come back later of the year for the service! More
Every time I go to this dealership, either for service, or a small/scheduled repair, or to see what the inventory is - I always get what I need. Last visit actually surpassed my expectations, I needed a headlamp replaced - not only did they replace it, my car was washed, they removed the glue that had marked up my windshield, the paint off my front bumper - everyone goes over and above with whatever I need! I believe it was Tyler who I spoke to, he did all the extra things, he went over and above, and he always does. The service department and the parts department are excellent! More

I went into this dealership and bought a Tesla Model 3 Long Range (as described by Robin the salesman.) 1 hour after the purchase, I found out it was standard range plus and not a long range. 12 hours lat Long Range (as described by Robin the salesman.) 1 hour after the purchase, I found out it was standard range plus and not a long range. 12 hours later, I found a broken back windshield, broken seatbelt, loose axle, and clicking noise from the passenger seat. I also found out the car was a rental... They sold me an old rental car without disclosing it... I called them and tried to return the car because it was completely misrepresented and it wasn't safetied like they said it was. They told me there's nothing I could do but ask them to cover the fixings... If you know anyone who's looking to buy a car from them, I wouldn’t recommend it. More
I have been dealing with the service department to keep my 2014 pilot in optimal condition, they excel every time I go in for something. Today I needed a bulb replaced in my headlight, it was done and my my 2014 pilot in optimal condition, they excel every time I go in for something. Today I needed a bulb replaced in my headlight, it was done and my windshield washer topped at at no charge, in minutes and I was on my way. Excellent service, as usual. I have had repairs done to my front bumper and it was done on time, with no issues. I have also had my regular service done here, I won't go anywhere else! More
Never did I regret contacting Jay to help me get approved in purchasing a car. He was patience in accommodating me when I got there despite my credit issues, he was optimistic that I’d get the car. I have rated this dealer a one star for multiple reasons: I will start with elaborating on the process of what it took to buy a car from this HONDA dealer. I bought a 2015 Honda used. I wen reasons: I will start with elaborating on the process of what it took to buy a car from this HONDA dealer. I bought a 2015 Honda used. I went through the process as done every time, and found a car I wanted. I wrote down my two conditions and I also wrote cash as payment and told sales guy that several times. That process went well until I was put in finance office, where I was told cash isn’t acceptable here, “ not in any amounts over a couple of thousand”. Car was under 23k and I was prepared to pay cash for the entire car. I had reasons for that but the most important ones is I’m not a criminal and this was legal bank provided Canadian money. Once I was able to talk with sales manager and we discussed this he stated “ I have limited stock and we, don’t accept cash in full, and that I would have to find other ways to pay, and after a bit of exploring options available, I continued to suggest they take cash. Denied entirely by sales manager. The only solutions as to finance which didn’t interest me to pay large amounts of interest for a car I have cash for. Side note ( my bank was closed for system upgrades and branches unavailable). “Coast Capital Savings”. He did mention using credit cards and other options of which we did to secure car. Then I was told, due to interest charges on credit I would now have to pay a additional $300 dollars. What!!!!!!!! So now you won’t take cash in Canada 🇨🇦 and because your cash opposed for no good reason, I have to pay more or walk deal, after we signed off. Isn’t that illegal after agreeing to terms??? If that wasn’t bad enough, the sales manager made it clear, that he has limited stock and that if I don’t like the terms I could go elsewhere. Shame on Honda for allowing this!!!!!!!!! In the end I used 2 credit cards, two bank cards, cash and e-transfer and I still had to pay $100 over and above for interest. Just to buy used car. After I paid and we got receipts the sales guy gave me the mechanic report, even after asking sales guy three separate times for it, and was told they don’t have it. Just to discover I now own a car that needs mechanical attention via callipers and windshield repair, as well as a dirty air filter. Again I asked for this prior to buying and was told it wasn’t available, “ I wonder why”. If I had seen that info I would have required that the mechanical issues be fixed prior, like what dealership recommends replacing callipers and air filter, plus sells a car with a windshield major chip/ crack, and doesn’t repair it. At this point I don’t have any paperwork indicating what services they did do, apparently unavailable according to sales guy. So a used Honda car with issues, not disclosed and not repaired. Then I find out that this unit was involved in a accident, even though it’s advertised as accident free, 🤔. That’s not legal, and all they had to do was clean out glove box and see the old owners information including registration docs and a certificate from a auto body shop with details of a repair from a earlier accident. If that’s not bad enough, the sales manager suggested I fraud ICBC for windshield repair, the sales manager suggested I tell ICBC to fix the windshield under my insurance, and I said I can’t do that. I buy a car with damage and try to claim it later on my policy is I bought from a Honda dealer for security that car is legit and free of hidden defects such as this unit had. I was also looking at private vehicles and chose to go with a dealer for the mentioned reasons. I will list all issues here in point form to over view. 1. Dealer doesn’t accept cash 2. Dealer charges you interest rates if you use credit 3. Dealer doesn’t fix safety issues and hides paperwork to avoid fixing issues on used (very deceptive) or so it seems 4. Sales manager asks customers to commit fraud with ICBC to save money. 5. Callipers are advised by this Honda to be replaced and they didn’t…etc 6. Dealer doesn’t check car for documents and doesn’t disclose accidents. More

After telling me that the service will take between 1-1.5 hours, he told me he will call me once it’s done. After 2.5hrs of waiting at the customer waiting room and no call, I went down to ask if my car is ready. He kept me for another 15 minutes without telling me what is going on, then the same service rep told me that I can go and just passed me over a paper. I asked what he meant by that and he said that I’m done so I can leave and dismissed me to talk to another customer. When I checked the job done on the paper he gave me, it says no crack was found so basically nothing was done on the car. After 3 hrs of wait! this could be easily communicated in at least in one hour or so. I’ll never go there again. More
