Brett Adams, who helped sell us our car, was particularly friendly and professional. He was interested in our particular needs and was flexible to what we were looking for and we never felt pressured to make a quick decision. He's very accommodating and even skipped his dinner to help me decide on buying a Honda CR-V. He's quite knowledgeable and even came in the next morning on his 'day off' to follow up on the trade-in appraisal. Unfortunately for Brett, the sales manager insulted me with an unreasonably low offer for my trade-in. Gave all kinds of BS about repainting the front bumper, and having to remove the after market touch screen DVD player and backup camera installed. No deal. Walk away. Worse of all, I was led into the office manager with the fake eyelashes' office to hear a spiel about extended warranties. It's part of their sales tactics to UPSELL. This is reminiscent of hard sales tactics on Mexican beach resorts. Very pushy with making an appointment with her to seal the deal when we don't even have a deal. Her attitude was that her time was filling up and I, the customer, better make the appointment according to her schedule. STAY AWAY! More

If you want your car fixed right the first time, clean, and dent free DO NOT COME HERE. Please please please stay away. They couldn't find a way to fix a simple issue on a brand new car they sold me less than a year ago, ordered wrong/missed ordering parts several times, and then dented my car when we came to get it to take it to another shop to get it fixed. Many other issues here. Stay away. More
Amazing Experience I came in with my car not starting every time. Sometimes it wouldn't even make a noise when I turned the key. They legitimately felt bad for me. They fixed the issue within a few hours. I had my car back running perfectly. The best part is they washed and vacuumed the car while they had it. Such nice people. More
Frustrating and a waste of time! We had gone in for a test drive, as we were serious about buying and upon entering were greeted by a ‘guest advisor’, and soon after met the sales man We had gone in for a test drive, as we were serious about buying and upon entering were greeted by a ‘guest advisor’, and soon after met the sales manager. Despite the guest advisor being very new, neither of them seemed to be very familiar with their products. None of the features, specs, etc. were introduced to us whatsoever and we basically had to discover things by ourselves during our two test drives. We were unable to obtain any clear answer any of the questions we had (even the most basic ones about colour), with all the answers from the guest advisor and sales manager containing “I’m not sure, I have to go check” (which they never did). If we had wanted someone to give us information from pamphlet, we could have done that on our own. We had come into a dealership so we could know more about their product, as we were serious about purchasing, but they could not even provide us with the most basic information. The sales manager had stated that he would have all the information ready for us after we came back from our second test drive. Upon returning, nothing was ready and we learned that the sales manager had gone on his lunch break instead, making it seem like our time was not valuable whatsoever. After waiting for quite awhile, their finance manager came to introduce himself, saying he would have the information for us in about five minutes. Ten minutes later, another guest advisor comes out to give us the pricing “details”, which were just a range of numbers of the monthly payments written on a piece of paper. There were no actual details about interest rates – I’m not sure how they expect people to make any form of decision based on a range of numbers. We pushed the guest advisor for the actual details on how the numbers were calculated and his response was “I’m not the finance manager, so I wouldn’t know that”. Well, we had just met the finance manager, so why weren’t we speaking with him instead?? Sure, they were nice, but they did not know their products, could not give any satisfactory answers to any of our questions and were overall just a waste of time, which made the whole experience not just frustrating and ridiculous, but disappointing as a first time buyer. To be fair, we received a call afterwards and they were open to our feedback, so hopefully they take our experience into consideration and improve! More
