Apparently Dennis Searles feels that ever customer who purchases a part from them is in the industry and knows this information as I was told by the Parts Manager, even if you're a 17 year old boy. The part that he wanted to return was an electrical part that yes had been opened to ensure it was the correct part but was never installed, not that he didn't need the part but because he found the exact part on Amazon a lot cheaper. We also tried to have a conversation with Kevin Searles regarding this matter and was told "I'm not going to entertain this" and hung up on us.
