This dealer sold me a new car last summer at sticker price on a 4 year financing term. It was agreed that he'd sweeten the deal with a set of winter tires, a $250 accessories credit, and extended warra price on a 4 year financing term. He sent me home happy enough, saying I should come back in a week for the tires (they were on order) and to pick out some accessories. When I did, he claimed not to remember me and then he claimed that he made no-such-deal. When I showed him and the manager his quote, both of them claimed that I forged it.
