I decided on a different car do I drove the hour to this place and wad told they couldn't refund me due to unable to work machines. They promised to mail a cheque. Now it's been over 2 weeks and still nothing I feel you are crooks and I will be contacting better business Bureau. More

So I waited 6 months after buying the vehicle before I'm putting in my review to make sure about my 'new to me' car. I LOVE IT! The Manager was a lovely lovely man. I didn't have to deal with any xxxxxxxx that I expect to get from salesmen. When he found out I was sick he basically put me in a car - the one I ended up buying, not the one I was initally looking at - and then gave me a good, maybe great, deal. The car is FANTASTIC, no mechanical problems. I recently took it to the Kootenays where my family lives and it was so great. I can't rave enough about the vehicle performance through those mountains. I've driven many different vehicles through those mountains over the last 15 or so years and this one was tops. My mom had to take a trip to the Okanagan and borrowed my car rather than driving her own. She loves my car so much she is going to sell hers and get one more like mine! :) More

My initial contact with Denali Auto Group was over the internet, and Tony was quick to respond to my enquires. It then turned into a phone call, which then led to me flying from Ontario to British Columb internet, and Tony was quick to respond to my enquires. It then turned into a phone call, which then led to me flying from Ontario to British Columbia the next day to pick up the car. Tony and Ron were very friendly and helpful, and one issue with the car was quickly resolved at no cost to me. Drove the car home through the US without any incidents and enjoyed the 4300km 'extend test drive' back home. Very happy with my rust-free 2003 Pontiac Grand Am GT 30th Anniversary car!!! Try finding one of those in Ontario!!! It's worth the flight to Denali! More

The moment I walked in Dan Greeted me in a very polite manner. Asked me couple of questions and gave me couple of options that suit my budget. The sales guys on the other two places I visited was outright sarcastic the moment I mentioned my spending limit and treated me as if I don’t know anything about cars because of my accent. Ryan was different and was very polite from the beginning. He showed me a 03 Honda Accord coupe. The price was $7,500 which was on the window. I told them that I was a student and doesn’t have that money to spend. Ryan introduced me to Hossein who was the general manager. Who after a a brief chat with the his accounting guy told me that he will be able to arrange a very low cost financing for me if my credit is good. I took the car on a test drive and seem to be pretty solid. Hossein introduced me to Ron who was accounting guy and told him to waive the fees provided my credit is in good and verify my full time student status. Ron did a credit search and thanks to God my credit was in good shape. He waived all the fees and arranged me to pay $171 a month for 12 months after a $500 student discount. The rate they gave me was 5%. I had to show my student card. Ron walked me through the contract and explained all the numbers in detail. All in all it was quite a pleasant experience.
