My first dealings with Dearborne after we moved to Kamloops was for a recall. The service agent couldn't have been more efficient or welcoming. A rental as my spouse had a sale to attend at Aberdeen Mall😂 and two hours later the part was changed. Last week I called about the tailgate in my Escape malfunctioning. Parts and service went beyond kind, caring and efficient. I made an appointment which would have required me to take time from work. Not so! Dearborn staff picked up the Escape and delivered it back to me completely repaired with a new part and the interior sanitized-Covid. I was able to pay over the phone. Wow! I mean WOW!!! The service; kindness, efficiency and fair price are almost enough to get me to purchase a new vehicle. But alas, my Escape is in perfect condition and can go from 0-100 in 6 seconds so even a Mustang...well maybe a Mustang 5 litre😊 More

I started out with them in the early 80's and liked their honest. friendly and upfro I only deal with Dearborn Ford for the purchase of my vehicles. I started out with them in the early 80's and liked their honest. friendly and upfront approach right away. They were a good fit for me. I generally purchase a new vehicle every 3 years and they have been with me through every one of them!!! I am a diehard Ford fan, and have never owned anything else, so as you can see by the years, they have sold me a lot of Fords. I don't even attempt to go to another dealership. Why would I when I get incredible deals on vehicles, exceptional customer service and help pretty much 24/7 when I ever needed it. This place doesn't just sell you a vehicle and wave goodbye, they are in it with you for the whole duration. I always recommend them to anyone who even looks like they might want to buy a vehicle. More

Was looking @ buying a used truck was told could take it home for the night but lets get paper work started so if i liked it everything would be ready however the truck was just signed into my name wasn't e home for the night but lets get paper work started so if i liked it everything would be ready however the truck was just signed into my name wasn't even able to take for a test drive.I was shown papers showing me the front end was rebuilt but every service i was having to replace parts on the front end and told not covered on the 4 star warranty i purchased.After complaining a couple times they mysteriously lost all paperwork on my truck.Most recently i had a flat tire while out camping, I went to put spare on what do you know dearborn screwed me again as they didn't give me the special key needed to lower spare tire.These days I have my service done @ Kamloops Lincoln Mercury and my bills are HALF THE PRICE if I were to by another ford would be from KLM More
