EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED W/CUSTOMER SERVICE! Sad to say that manipulating people into getting a deal that does not even follow through properly is how they make their business. On pick up day of my new car we noticed the side mirror was broken and they did not even bother to fix it because according to them "they can't make a used car look like a new one". Eventhough i bought a 2015 model over 20+ grand spent and traded my old car (2009) in for $1000 in comparison to other dealerships that had quoted us at $2000. The only reason i stuck with them was because to sell they promised us everything. "Don't worry its basically a brand new car we will make sure everything is checked and safe and so forth". The managers from there are so rude and no sense of customer service. After calling the sales rep he proposed coming in again so that we could all see it and talk about what could be done and upon arrival they completely wasted my time with the attitude and no problem solving other than walking away from the customer after stating they would only fix it if we paid extra. The fact that the manager tried to point out he had other buyers wanting the car for $2000 more and yet he made a deal with us almost loosing money that makes absolutely no sense considering we also let our old car go for 1000$ less and he wouldn't of made a deal on a car to loose money thats clearly not how he stays in business. Absolutely ridiculous! Also they never even bothered to contact us back with the extended warranty for the car other than giving us a "rough estimate". I specifically said i needed the correct monthly number in order to make that decision. Once dealing with a financial advisor they somehow switched to another (Harry or Harris) mid process whom never bothered to contact us in regards to the warranty. To top it all off the sales rep was unable to explain the car features and how they worked so i am left figuring it out myself. No sense of customer satisfaction. Definitely lost my future business and anyone else i know will not be referred either! More

Wishing we had a better experience I would give two stars for fair but did not feel we were treated fairly. We are disappointed for deciding to purchase our next vehicle here and had h I would give two stars for fair but did not feel we were treated fairly. We are disappointed for deciding to purchase our next vehicle here and had high hopes based on reviews for quality customer service; however, we did not have a positive experience due to a number of reasons, including lack of accurate information and communication from staff. It felt like they will say whatever to get a sale and then that is where the service ends. We were forced to call many times over the last few months due to receiving no follow-up from staff in response to our attempts to have them honour what we were led to believe would be delivered and to receive an update on our order; We were given no answers and after no progress was made after months of waiting. We ended up losing time and money. On the other hand, when our vehicle finally arrived, we were forced to rush on short notice to the dealership within days because there was we were told there was a 'mixup' with our car being potentially sold to someone else and that it was up to us to contact the manager to let him know when we will come pick the car up, otherwise it will be sold. More

They confirmed that they open until 6.00PM and there number of salesperson to help us. We drove there on our old car which i was planning to trade for a new or slightly used one as our family just got bigger recently. When we got there they had about 2 or 3 salespersons working with customers and about 8-10 employees around the showroom. I walked in and was welcomed by stuff. I looked at new Traverse and Equinox and asked receptionist to call a salesperson. After waiting about 15 minutes i walked out where my family was waiting for me in a car (one of our babies was sleeping) and told my spouse that no one is helping me. We decided to give another try and walked in together again and asked for a salesperson again. Meanwhile we went and looked at the Traverse again and my wife and me liked that SUV but there still was no sales person. All that time every single person wearing a uniform were saluting us when passed by and no one asked me if we been helped. Another 15 minutes we decided to leave. When we were walking by the counter i heard that receptionist was paging someone again: "Here are customers in front". We drove out very disappointed. I called them after couple of hours to deliver my complain to a management. Receptionist said: "Oh, yes, i remember you. You were looking at new Traverse". I asked for a management and was transferred to Louis (Sorry if misprint the name). He said that it is very unpleasant to hear my complaint and he offered me a discount if i come back. It means that they can treat us like no one and then offer us money. I suggested them to have more fancier customers if they value them by the way they look. Very bad experience. Never going back there again. More
